Bank of America Capital Investors (“BACI”) is the private equity and mezzanine investment group dedicated to sourcing transactions from within the Bank of America franchise. BACI’s team has more than 30 years of success in providing risk capital for growth financings, buyouts, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other situations requiring equity or mezzanine capital. Bank of America has dedicated a $1.4 billion fund for investments by the BACI team.
BACI invests in a broad array of industries and concentrates on investments in profitable middle-market companies as well as smaller, high-growth firms with valuations from $25 million to $500 million. Working with management teams and other financial sponsor groups, BACI typically invest $10 million to $40 million in private equity or mezzanine securities in any single transaction.
