Jeffrey M. Mann,

Investors
Jeffrey M. Mann joined
BACI in 1993 and was named a partner in 1997. Over the
course of his career, he has been involved in more than
25 private equity and mezzanine investments across a
wide array of industries. Mr. Mann left BACI in 2006 to
become a founding partner of Silver Oak Services
Partners - a middle market private equity investment
fund focused exclusively on the business, consumer, and
healthcare services markets. From 1990-1993, Mr. Mann
worked for Continental Bank which was acquired in 1994
by Bank of America. Previously, Mr. Mann worked as a
Certified Public Accountant for Arthur Andersen & Co.
Mr. Mann earned an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of
Business at Duke University in 1990, and a B.S. with a
concentration in accounting from Arizona State
University in 1986. He currently serves on the boards of
Toplis & Harding Holdings, Havco WP LLC, IMS Companies
LLC, and Tandus Group.
